Soul Crystal Shop?

Usually on p.servs there are some kind of quest that allows players to obtain soul crystals for SA on A, S and S80 weapons.
Should we make one like that too? With small server populations and no custom gear it will be very very difficult to kill things like antharas and valakas to make these SA's even if the players manage to craft the weapons.

*Soul Crystals: Level 14 can also be upgraded from Level 13 by defeating Antharas, Valakas, Baylor, or Scarlet Van Halisha. and trust me they work

If the problem in the beginning is with too few players to lvl soul cry why not charge medals for them 2000 for stage ll and add 1000 medeals for each stage above that. The crystals will be accessible then but not easily and players will have to really think about what Sa and weapon they want.
